We keep receiving customer request from Bazazz/PC5 users to add our popular flashing device to their 2010-2015 BMW S1000RR. Until now, the customer was forced to remove the piggyback and have us do the fueling. Many customers wanted more control of fueling for their specific engine, 2 stage nitrous or already have a piggyback unit installed and dyno tuned and did not want to uninstall. They were essentially looking to have a layer of restrictions removed along with the added power maps and updated ECU/DSC/GS settings while keeping it simple for them and allowing them to tweak as needed. After a few months of testing, we now have the solution you have been looking for!
BrenTuning Moto Do It Yourself / DIY Fueling Solutions For The 2010-2015 S1000RR

Very popular in the Japanese bike community (GUHL, ECUunleashed), the idea of flash tuning a bike with stock fueling and then having the fuel corrected to the bike has been happening for years. We have tested this in the field for a while now on multiple bikes with great results.
In some cases, especially during part throttle, working off the OEM lambda sensors (with a reflashed ECU) and targeting fuel-per-spec is a far better system than a piggyback fuel map targeting fixed load/cells. We will offer our fuel targets to customers who want this to mirror closely what we do in the flash during part throttle operation. At full throttle, variations in environment, climate, altitude, specific bike etc. can require a custom fuel map (if flashed remotely and not in-house). Allowing the end user to modify fueling themselves can allow you to have its strengths for power and a bike’s unique personality, hence why this is so popular in the Japanese bike community.
This was our problem originally with V1 BrenTuning Moto, as our R&D found that different software versions all over the world had different air mass tables and the target fueling on a bike in Vietnam, could be different than a US bike. Setting the lambda target in the ECU had different effects all over the world. We had a few unhappy V1 users, whose bikes were too rich to show any power gain and some of them even switched to a dyno tuned piggyback. In doing so they left the other 40 modified tables and their benefits behind. With DIYFueling, they could have kept those benefits and corrected their fueling in one dyno pass. This also could have been solved on our ending with one file change if we had the AFR readout and dyno chart.
With V2 we did significant research to isolated fueling and air mass standardization across all 2010-2014 and fueling strategies dependent on ethanol content, modifications, and elevation. However, there is a still a need for flash + fueling piggyback and now we have created it for you!
We are now offering this service for $495 + shipping via mailing in your ECU, for $55 more + shipping we can send a flash-at-home tablet kit (which requires it to be returned when done).
