The 2021+ Honda CBR1000RR-R SP is probably one of the most sought after and interesting superbikes we have tested this year. Every aspect of this bike is AMAZING! It’s the updated, all new spec flagship Honda sport bike, based off the RC231V. This bike comes with a slew of MotoGP technology! At BT Moto, we focus on niche bikes that require our help for race use and change from from great to spectacular.
While the Honda is a new platform to add to our already robust lineup of programming, the Kehlin ECU is not. With the help of our engineers, we have been able to streamline the much needed ECU development in a short amount of time. This has quickly turned into the best upgrade you can get for your CBR-RR with gains of up to +30HP with Stage 1, and an additional +12HP more with Stage 2!
Stage 2 was developed TO WORK WITH BT MOTO VELOCITY STACKS. YOU NEED TO PURCHASE AND INSTALL THESE STACKS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE STAGE 2.
**At the moment we have mapping for: header + stock exhaust, Akrapovic (Other mapping is possible based on our best guesses but recommend AFR confirmation post flashing via wideband gauge)**

- Fan Temp lowered for optimized cooling (BT MOTO ONLY FEATURE)
- Decel fueling and engine braking changed for smoother throttle on/off transitions (BT MOTO ONLY FEATURE)
- IMMO off (keyless option) (BT MOTO ONLY FEATURE)
- Sprocket, tire size, and traction control changes customized for each file (based customer request) (BT MOTO ONLY FEATURE)
- Injector phasing changes for maximum power and optimal rideability (BT MOTO ONLY FEATURE)
- Up to +12HP over Stage 1
- “Race features” available upon request (BT MOTO ONLY FEATURE)

BT MOTO VELOCITY STACKS
3D printed from lightweight composite, the BT Moto Velocity Stacks have been carefully engineered and designed to maximize power in the higher RPM range while not losing power in the low RPM range.
Made for a perfect fit, the BT Moto velocity stacks have a relief notches at the bottom of each funnel to ensure tight fitment while also being easy to install. These are PNP and require no additional modifications to your airbox to fit. Simply unscrew your factory velocity stacks and screw ours in. Coupled with our engineered flash, the combination makes an extremely easy install and tune that can be done in your own garage.

Below is our Stage 2 flash with a exhaust system with and without aftermarket velocity stacks. You can see little to no loss in the mid and low-range RPM. Up top you can see a significant gain. All on pump gas 93. Same day testing on the same bike.

**All in-house testing performed with 93 octane pump gas, unless otherwise stipulated. Different modifications and dynometers may make different power. Usage of a lower octane will yield smaller power gains. All power is measured from the wheel and not the crankshaft, whp (wheel horsepower) and wtq (wheel torque)**
